OUR POLICIES

Stump Removal: Stump grinding is not included in the quotation unless specified in the estimate/proposal. PRV Tree Service is not responsible for any broken pipelines, sprinklers, hoses, any lines underneath the ground; when performing a stump removal/grinding service if it is not mentioned during inspection.

Tree Ownership: During the estimation period, the homeowner/client warrants that all trees provided for service are owned by the homeowner or have permission from the tree owner for service to be performed. PRV Tree service is not responsible for any trees that are misidentified or touched during the service.

Cancellation Fee: PRV Tree Service request that homeowner provide at least 7-day notice in advance notice of any work cancellation for jobs that have been schedule in advance. If cancellation was not made, PRV Tree service will charge a cancellation fee, or the deposit given for service shall be use for cancellation fees due to incurred expenses.

Deposit Policy: PRV Tree Service requires a deposit for services that are being schedule a few weeks in advance for reservation. (Exemptions may apply).

Promotional Coupons: All coupons must be shown at the time of estimate in order to apply No coupons will be accepted later.

Estimation Policy: In-person estimates become contracts once signed by customer.

 Safety: During the execution of work, the homeowner is not allowed to enter the work area during service operations unless authorized by the crew leader.

Insurance: PRV Tree Service holds a certificate of coverage and are available upon request.

Refusal of service: At any given time, we can refuse any service if the service is a risk or hazard for our workers, trees, or property.

Permits: From time to time, we can obtain permits for you for a small fee, but we are not required to do so. Customers or homeowner is required to obtain all necessary permits for jobs.

Photo/Video Recording: PRV Tree Service occasionally takes pictures during the performance of work for training, quality assurance and advertising purposes this may be done at job sites.
